This will impact IMAP configured email clients, including Mac Mail prior to Snow Leopard and Mobile devices not using ActiveSync or the Blackberry Enterprise Server, that are connecting to mail.ufl.edu. The Incoming Mail Server should be changed to connect to imap.mail.ufl.edu.

Note: This will not impact CLASnet managed machines that use Outlook as their mail client. This change is being made to improve performance for IMAP clients that connect to the UF Exchange mail service.
